The British Milers Club held an Indoor Meeting at Sheffield on Sunday 11th January and Warrington Athletic Club’s Carys McAulay won her 800 metres race easily.Carys followed the early leader through the first lap in around 32 seconds but the pace dropped during the second lap which meant that the chance of a fast time was gone.Carys   Read More
